IT VMO Mergers & Acquisitions Coordinator

Summary: Work with M&A team to manage contracts related to IT & Telecom during all stages.
Conduct IT due diligence to identify potential risks and integration challenges.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.
Strong understanding of contract language and structure to identify key risks associated with the merger.
Identify and mitigate IT-related risks associated with M&A activities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT integration processes, decisions, and outcomes.
Provide post-merger support to ensure smooth IT operations and address any issues that arise.

Work Experience 2-4 years of experience in IT & Telecom, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Strong understanding of an IT Vendor Management Office including vendor relations, contract management, and compliance.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with a Contract Management System (Ironclad, Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
Understanding of Purchase Order and Invoice process.
Understanding of the Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) structure and process.
Experience in Print Management (Printers, Multi-function devices, Copiers, etc.).
