that is highly consultative and requires regular meetings at a
variety of Legacy locations across the Portland Metro area. On days
that onsite activity is not required, individuals in this role may
work remotely.----All new hires are required to come to a
designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior
to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to
complete new employee orientation.--As the largest nonprofit health
system serving the Portland-Southwest Washington areas and the
mid-Willamette Valley, Legacy Health provides a range of services -
we have six hospitals, one of which includes a center solely
dedicated to children's care, Randall Children's Hospital at Legacy
Emanuel. We run more than 70 primary care, specialty and urgent
care clinics, employ nearly 3,000 doctors and providers and more
than 13,000 employees. We also operate labs and research center.
Our major partnerships include those with PacificSource Health
Plans and the Unity Center for Behavioral Health, a one-of-a-kind
center for people facing a mental health crisis that is
collaboratively operated between four regional health systems and
numerous community partners.ResponsibilitiesThe Manager,
Coordinated & Integrated Leaves is responsible for overseeing the
reporting and administration of workers' compensation claims,
short- and long-term disability claims, accommodations under the
ADA, employee leaves under both company policy and federal and
state laws.---- Ensures compliance with state and federal laws
regarding workers' compensation, ERISA, OSHA reporting, ADA, FMLA
and OFLA, and LHS policy.--As a member of the People & Culture
Leadership Team: Evaluate, (re)design and improve policies and
practices in service of creating a high performing
organization.Partners with leaders in diversity, equity, and
inclusion to ensure services and practices are designed and
implemented using an equity lens.Collaborates with operational,
executive and People and Culture leaders to ensure workforce
practices and policies reflect business objectives.Prioritizes
customer needs and works flexibly, creatively, and effectively to
deliver.Demonstrates a high degree of emotional intelligence,
growth mindset, critical thinking, humility, creativity,
flexibility and can adeptly balance perfection with progress.Builds
systems and structures that consistently cultivate all forms of

teams across the organizationQualificationsEducation:Bacheor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
or equivalent applicable experience.--Experience:A minimum of five
to eight years of diverse and progressively more responsible
experience with Workers' Compensation, disability and leave claims.
Some managerial/supervisory level experience preferred.--LEADING AT
