Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Client Services Representative for a 4 to 6-week contract in Portland, OR, paying $22 - $25/hr. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital banking while providing top-tier service to members in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment!

What You'll Do:

• Engage members using interactive teller software, delivering exceptional service and support
  
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  
• Respond to member inquiries and provide financial guidance
  
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend products that align with members' needs
  
• Ensure account security by following fraud prevention protocols and company policies
  
• Balance daily transactions and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
