Compensation:

Training Pay: $23-$25

Once hired, a higher hourly rate or salary will be offered, including benefits.

Shift: Day shifts, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description: We seek a highly motivated and experienced CSR Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispatching and customer service and be able to handle a high volume of calls and dispatches efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispatch with a team 400-500 orders a day.
• Communicate back and forth with drivers to assist with problem resolution, route changes, and driver support.
• Handle incoming transportation requests.
• Data entry of changes and information, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
• Ability to learn and understand the different vehicle sizes and what they can handle to ensure the right driver is assigned.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and that all jobs are handled in a positive and efficient manner.

  • Previous dispatching experience is REQUIRED.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of daily phone calls, outbound to drivers and inbound from drivers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Organized and understands time management.
  • Works well under pressure and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training.
  • Can type a minimum of 45 wpm.
  • Dedicated and hard working- ready to learn and evolve with a company.
