(OR/WA Only)--This is a remote position - incumbents, who reside in
Oregon or Washington only. There may be occasional situations that
require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Legacy Health
location. --All new hires are required to come to a designated
Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their
start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new
hire paperwork.--This position may require initial training and
orientation to be site-based, before transitioning to the remote

information systems for business and health care? Can you analyze,
build, test, support and maintain systems that will benefit our
hospital system and those we serve? If so, we'd like to hear from
you.--The IS Applications Lead supports several non-clinical,
business applications including Infor (Finance/Supply Chain), GHX
and Strata. The role is focused on supporting IT solutions for
business departments including Supply Chain, Accounting, and
Finance, with both IT and business skills.-- Applicants should have
great interpersonal and analytical skills, with a technical
background. --Ensures team's performance excellence, customer
service excellence, and project success by:Strong leadership,
communication, and project management abilities.Passion for
problem-solving and critical thinking. Ability to manage multiple
projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment in order to
meet deadlines.Ability to be flexible when priorities
change.Effective oral, written communication skills in daily review
and assignments of requests, tasks, ITSM tools and managing overall
work distribution across team. Ability to identify waste and
recommendation for improvement.Ability to lead team huddles,
meetings, and business partner meetings. Ability to monitor, coach
and mentor staff by using data driven approach. Ability to
understand and oversee complex resource management and
allocationsEstablish and nurture relationships with business
partners and vendors. Oversees new employee onboarding. Experience
with ITIL standards following lean process thinking to investigate,
and continually improving the effectiveness and productivity of
inter-or-intra team processes. Escalation path for staff, business
partners and vendors and supporting major incidents. Assist with
roadmap planning for the health and maintenance of the team's
applications. QualificationsEducation:--Master's degree preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted
for educational requirements. Professional certifications
preferred; may be required depending on the job. --Experience:--8+
years of systems analysis experience in relevant healthcare or IT
area. Often has worked in diverse roles, industries and teams.--Has
worked in a leadership capacity in a healthcare setting, and/or in
a relevant operational area for the position (i.e., Human
Resources, Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, etc.), and/or in an
information technology role. ----Skills:--Strategic understanding
of key concepts, current developments, and trends in information
technology and information systems management relevant to the
position, including application configuration and layers, system
integration, and database fundamentals. --Ability to lead and
direct the daily work of others, and to monitor and mentor
application analysts in improving their skills and practices.
Ability to synthesize data from disparate sources to effectively
distribute work, identify trends, and provide solutions.--Ability
to work with the manager to identify performance issues and develop
staff performance improvement plans when necessary.--Drives and
effects change to ensure vendor best practices based on monitoring
and gap analysis.--Excels at cross-team collaboration and is
knowledgeable about the different functions served by teams within
the division.--Demonstrated expertise in performing systematic,
thorough analysis and problem solving, and in initiating client
problem resolution.--Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of
establishing, conceiving and description of systems, designs, flow
charts, schedules, and requirements.--Strong interpersonal skills
that promote effective working relationships with a wide range of
people, including peers, clinicians, and senior leaders. Able to
serve as a trusted advisor to IS and operational leaders and to
positively influence strategic outcomes.--Strong written and verbal
