The ability to work collaboratively within a university setting and implement and harness technology in inventive and productive ways will be essential for success. The Dean will be a visible leader who is able to effectively develop and communicate the UP "story," and is willing to connect with high schools, colleges, and community partners to build and strengthen relationships. A bachelor's degree and experience in strategic planning and budget oversight at the associate dean (or equivalent) level or higher for an admissions or enrollment management unit at a college or university, and supervising associate/assistant director-level personnel are required. All applications, nominations, and inquiries are invited.
