Silverton Medical Center serves the heart of the Willamette Valley
with a wide mix of services, many not typically available in a
community hospital: CT scan (computerized tomography), nuclear
medicine, echocardiography, family birth center and much more.
Responsibilities:
Performs imaging procedures according to physician's orders,
utilizing knowledge and judgment in regard to, exposure factors,
imaging technique, and patient treatment. Proficient in the field
of MRI. Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school or
program or graduate of a certified Allied Health Imaging program.
-- Experience: One year previous experience in the field of MRI
preferred. Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic

National registration in Radiography (ARRT-R) required. Current
state license in Magnetic Resonance Imaging required for all
employees who perform this job in the state of Oregon. MRI
certification (ARRT-MRI) required within six months of job
placement. BLS/CPR Certification: Personnel providing direct care
in patient care and diagnostic areas are required to acquire and
maintain BLS/CPR certification. MRI Certification preferred.-- Pay
