Position We are looking for a Training Support Specialist to join
our team at our Administrative Annex in Medford or our Portland
Service Center in Portland, Oregon. The Training Support Specialist
will be responsible for database updating and accurately tracking
training materials and documents. They will provide support and
assistance to staff with software usage including, but not limited
to: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LMS, as well as Teams-based
video conferencing and messaging. The Training Support Specialist
must have initiative, motivation, creativity and the ability to
train and motivate others as they will act as a resource and
provides support for in-person or virtual training and events
including setting up equipment, preparing materials, greeting and
supporting attendees and instructors. ColumbiaCare Services is a
qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Program. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
(Full Time, Day) What You'll Make$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
DOE/CredentialsAdditional 5% Language Differential offered for
Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
What You'll Need
- MUST have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and video conferencing technology.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are
essential. Successful applicants must have the ability to pass a
DHS criminal background check. This position requires the ability
to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may
require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders,
bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as
applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
