This includes working closely with the assigned search execution team in the delivery of utmost quality within the required timescales. Your role is that of a trusted advisor to our clients whilst contributing to Korn Ferry International's integrated solutions sales strategy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Develop a commercial strategy in alignment with the international strategy and in collaboration with colleagues across EMEA who are working with clients in the country.
    • The role is responsible for aligning and driving client opportunities within a specific sector area within the market and the region. The Sector Leader will therefore set and execute the business and market strategy for the sector or niche.
    • The Sector leader is responsible for providing expertise to the markets to win new business and to ensure repeat business.
    • Ensure the appropriate level of expertise, consistent knowledge and support is given to sector searches.
    • Responsible for ensuring execution of assignments, repeat business, new client opportunities and excellent client service and delivery.
    • The role builds relationships with key Korn Ferry partners to form strategic client relationships, while also identifying potential opportunities outside of the channel.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
      • Professional experience in a retained search, consulting or commercial environment, with good knowledge of and network in the market.
      • Experience as a full life-cycle recruiter for searches, developing search strategies and client/candidate management.
      • Strong Business Development experience and negotiation skills. Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate client needs. Ability to quickly learn about different business environments and cultures and propose relevant solutions.
      • Matrix and direct team leadership experience.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguity.
