Yamhill County has one regular full-time position for a Program
Supervisor in the Adult Behavioral Health division. We are seeking
an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an HHS
Supervisor 2 for our Substance Use Disorder and Gambling teams.
This position plays a vital role in guiding program development,
strengthening partnerships to enhance services across the County,
and providing clinical and administrative supervision to our
substance use and gambling counselors. Responsibilities include
collaborating with the team to assess program effectiveness,
identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based
practices to enhance service delivery. They will also work closely
with the Program Manager to ensure alignment with community needs
and regulatory standards while fostering a positive and supportive
team environment. THIS IS A NON BARGAINING POSITION.The
