Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Insights Coordinator
responsible for coordinating user feedback sessions to enhance
product development.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule user feedback calls with participants and
internal teams
Document and organize feedback from user sessions for product
managers and designers
Maintain a database of feedback sessions, tracking key themes and
trends over time
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer support, product research, or a
similar customer-facing role
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple
schedules and deadlines
Proficiency in scheduling and organizing tools such as Google
Calendar and Zoom
Experience using CRM or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce,
Notion) preferred
Familiarity with digital products or SaaS environments
preferred
