A company is looking for a Supervisor - Grievances and
Appeals.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Grievance and Appeals processes to support
quality, production, and financial goals
Drive operational excellence in compliance with CMS and company
requirements
Supervise staff and optimize departmental workload for
effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in an insurance or managed care
environment
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in the
industry
Experience in Grievance and Appeals or customer service within
managed care or insurance
Basic understanding of claims processing and CMS regulations
related to Grievance and Appeals
