Senior Software Engineer with a testing focus, you'll be at the
forefront of our software development lifecycle, ensuring that
quality is embedded into every line of code. But this isn't just
about squashing bugs-it's about reimagining how testing is
approached, creating automated systems that break the mold, and
turning quality into a seamless part of our product evolution.
You'll work alongside a talented, agile team of developers and
engineers, contributing to both the creation and validation of
solutions that impact users worldwide.What You'll Do
- Collaborate with your cross-functional team to build and
deliver features for custom enterprise software applications.
- Lead the charge on engineering robust, efficient, and scalable
testing frameworks that empower developers and accelerate
delivery.
- Build automated tests that integrate seamlessly with our CI/CD
pipeline and shorten feedback loops.
- Work collaboratively with engineers to define test strategies
that challenge conventional approaches and push the envelope in
terms of performance and reliability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, and help elevate team standards by
advocating for clean, quality-driven development.
- Work with your team to understand priority and urgency, while
escalating blockers and delays.
- Contribute to, maintain, and execute manual testing where
necessary.
- Be available for on-call off-hours release and incident support
on a rotation schedule with teammates.
- Keep an eye on emerging tools and trends to ensure we're always
ahead of the curve.What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
experience.
- At least 5 years of strong experience with test automation,
performance testing, and continuous integration tools.
- 2+ years of experience using C# and .NET frameworks and/or Java
and Sling frameworks for building applications with enterprise
design patterns.
- Experience using Selenium with Grid or Sauce Labs, Postman,
Soap UI, Swagger.
- Experience with pipeline tools (Team city, Jenkins, Azure
DevOps, Bamboo) Visual Studio.
- Experience with API Automation tools (Rest-Assured, Postman,
Rest Sharp).
- Full-stack experience with a background in writing SQL stored
procedures.
- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD), behavior-driven
development (BDD), and other agile testing practices.
- A creative and innovative mindset and excitement to challenge
traditional testing paradigms.
- The ability to think critically, adapt to fast-moving
environments, and troubleshoot complex issues.
- A passion for quality and building products that stand the test
of time.
- Strong mentoring skills. You will lead the team's evolution
toward an automation-first approach to quality.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills. You'll work
alongside engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to

- Minimum Salary: $111,300
- Maximum Salary: $161,700This information reflects the
anticipated base salary range for this position based on current
national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant
