Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Operations Lead to manage
internal business solutions and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Build, administer, and deploy internal technology solutions
Collaborate with the Director of Technology on strategic and
tactical projects
Enhance and manage a ticketing and asset management system
Required Qualifications
Strong Azure AD skills; AZ-900 certification preferred
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Automation
Experience with Microsoft O365 administration
MS Excel or database skills
Familiarity with MS CoPilot or ChatGPT
