Job Summary:

We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Portland has an opportunity for people who love helping people.

Please join our Housekeeping team as a Houseperson.

The hourly rate is $20.75/hour.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

--- Clean and maintain various areas of the hotel, including the lobby, public restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, fitness rooms, and guest kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.

--- Provide support to all housekeeping team members by refilling linens and other items on the floors for room attendants to retrieve.

--- Assist in our linen room, ensuring timely processing of linens and towels.

--- Restock supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials, in guest rooms and public areas as needed.

--- Greet guests encountered during shifts with a friendly smile and offer assistance as needed to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications:

• • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items, such as linens and supplies.
  • Full open availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
