Job SummaryThe Clinical Implementation Specialist is a
registered nurse (RN) responsible for the successful implementation
of medical device(s)/infusion pumps at customer locations. This
role serves as a clinical educator to Fresenius Kabi's customers
(nurses and clinical staff) on the appropriate use of our IV
Therapy products and solutions. The Clinical Implementation
Specialist acts as the face of the company by leading nurse
education, training on medical device(s) to support patient care,
coordinating project tasks, timelines, project milestones, and
communicates project status with key clinical stakeholders within
the healthcare system. Individuals in this role should be prepared
to lead clinical implementations and ensure that a high level of
satisfaction is experienced among our clients.
The ideal candidate will live near a major airport in the Northwest
part of the United States. Travel will be required to customer
locations throughout the United States.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target
of 10% of the base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on
various factors, including, but not limited to experience level,
education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Our benefits and

most.Responsibilities
- Serves as a clinical educator/trainer to Fresenius Kabi's
customers (nurses and clinical staff) on the appropriate use of our
IV Therapy products and solutions.
- Provides direct clinical, customer-facing support on Fresenius
Kabi's products across all phases of the implementation.
- Multitasks and coordinates efforts between multiple
implementations.
- Understands customers' clinical practices/workflows by rounding
with clinical staff; makes determination how to tailor education
plans as well as product configuration.
- Engages with clinical stakeholders within the healthcare
system.
- Collaborates with internal team members, including pharmacy,
technical, project management.
- Coordinates project tasks, timelines, project milestones, and
communicates project status with key stakeholders.
- Communicates and escalates risks, concerns and customer issues
to the project manager and senior leadership.
- Provides, facilitates, and certifies training with clinicians
(users, super users, and peer-based training), documents and
participates in educational outreach.
- Develops and maintains executive and departmental relationships
with nurses, physicians, other clinicians at client sites.
- Leads clinical efforts for product integration with EMR
(Electronic Medical Records) partners.
- Applies understanding of clinical workflows, voice of customer,
and healthcare expertise to refine practice and aid clients in
developing tailored solutions.
- Coordinates closely with the Implementation Project Manager to
ensure that clinical activities remain on schedule throughout the
project.
- Ensures client satisfaction through follow-up, client
responsiveness and thorough communication.
- Provides on-going clinical customer support.
- Delivers product presentations and provides sales support to
include participating in RFI/RFPs and demonstrations.
- Provides clinical support and expertise with whitepapers and
articles in industry publications as requested.
- Collaborates as part of a multi-disciplined implementation
team.
- Travel requirement of up to 75%.
- Attend local, regional, and national meetings as needed.

Safety, Environment, Energy and Quality Management System as per
your roles and responsibilities.
- Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as
assigned by management.Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or related degree
with a current RN license.
- RN license must be maintained throughout the course of
employment.
- Minimum 5 years RN experience in medium to large
institutions.
- Direct patient care experience highly preferred.
- FDA compliance experience is a plus.
- Deep experience with medical device implementations in clinical
settings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Abundant experience working with healthcare customers.
- Experience providing professional services to clinical
environments.
- EMR/EHR integration (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word,
PowerPoint); Experience with ERPs (SAP preferred) and other
database concepts highly preferred.
- Experience with regulatory compliance for medical devices.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Travel (Air/Auto) required and is based on the needs of the
business.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends to meet
business/customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively with all employees and external
business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented
attitude.
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in
business relationships and exercise sound business
