Skin & Wound Care Provider(Portland)Nurse Practitioner /

patients wounds heal faster and that is our goal!Who we are looking
for:The best leaders who also happen to be licensed Nurse
Practitioners (NP, ARNP, FNP, APRN) and Physician Assistants
(PA-C). Our team is growing and we are looking to add another new
provider in Oregon.What winning looks like:Lead and develop
collaborative multidisciplinary wound care teamsTravel to scheduled
locations weekly for wound rounds and house calls, in an assigned
regionProvide the highest quality skin and wound care services to
patientsOrder, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic
studies to assess change to patients health care needsPerform
bedside wound care skills including: wound assessment, dressing
application, pressure relief, pain/odor control, and minor surgical
proceduresTrack the progress of wound healing and document timely
in UWHs own wound care EMRDevelop a treatment plan for skin and
wound conditions based on the individual needs of each patient, and
UWHs Clinical Practice GuidelinesCollaborate virtually with our
medical leadership including board certified physicians and
surgeons specializing in wound care, dermatology, podiatry,
vascular surgery, and infectious diseaseSkills required for
winning:This fast-paced position requires standing for extended
amounts of timeDriving! You must have reliable transportation;
valid drivers license and current auto insuranceBoard Certified
Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant
(PA-C) licensed in working stateActive Drug Enforcement Agency
(DEA) license1-2 years of wound care and/or surgical experience
(highly preferred, but not required); extensive training
availableMust be punctual, dependable, and able to work/schedule
appointments independentlyMust be trustworthy, honest and have a
positive and professional attitudeMust have strong interpersonal
skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of
people through both verbal and written communication
linesCompensation Range: $124,000.00 - $146,500.00 DOE with bonus
potentialThis position is classified as: Salary, Exempt; Full-Time
or Part-Time employmentHours: Typical hours are Monday through
Friday; 6:00am 3:00pm, no nights, weekends, or
callBenefits:Associates working 20+hrs per
