Job Description:
The Regional Wellness Specialist-RN- is a regional support
position to the Regional Director of Health and Wellness, assisting
in overseeing everything nursing in a region of communities ranging
in size in assisted living and memory care. You'll also be expected
to participate in company initiatives, and regulatory compliance
and contribute to the overall culture of shared accountability.What

Specialist-RN:Completion of certified nursing programAn active and
unencumbered registered nursing license in the state of
OregonExperience of 5 years or more in the care of senior adults
and adults with cognitive declinePrevious supervisory and/or
management experience in long-term care or community-based
settingCompassionate individuals who will represent our company in
a positive and professional mannerAvailable and on call for
emergencies day and night for assigned communities.Able to travel
to designated locationsDemonstrate organizational skills around
time managementStrong documentation skills and ability to develop
systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring
efficient and safe delivery of resident careAbility to lead a
management team and promote staff developmentKnowledgeable of
regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to nursing practice and
community-based care for seniorsCurrent CPR certificationWhat you
can expect to do as a Regional Wellness Specialist-RN for Cascade

networking functions as needed, may include air travel and
overnight staysBe highly visible to the customer and to
associatesMake a significant contribution to the quality of life of
our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and
consistencySignificant change in condition assessmentsPRN
parameters and other medication-related parameters as
neededSupportive device assessmentsRN delegationAssist in
recruiting and onboard wellness associates as needed for
communitiesEnsure that sound infection control practices are in
place that promote a healthy environmentImplement company wellness
systems that ensure compliance with company policies and
regulationsReview adverse events, identify need for plans of
correctionParticipate in resident and family care conferences as
needed when needed to help facilitate communication, ensure quality
service delivery, and manage risksMaintain current knowledge of and
monitor community compliance with applicable federal and state
regulations related to resident care and nursing practicePromote
