If you're working towards your BSN, we encourage you to apply!For certain roles, a BSN is required. We also consider RNs without a BSN based on clinical experience and with approval from the Chief Nursing Officer.Experience:At least one year of nursing experience, or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency program (or equivalent program).Acute care experience preferred, this unit will train nurses that have a strong desire to learn and grow.Skills & Qualities:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.Ability to navigate and utilize electronic health systems.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - because in this role, every day is different, and your expertise will make all the difference.PIb4e22f49d01d-25660-36963986
