Job Description:

We are a private Family Practice Clinic in business for 36 years, with continued growth. The Owner Physician is spending more time in Federal Aviation Medicine, and we are seeking a long-term committed provider. Hours and days can be flexible. Time off can be flexible. We currently have an opening for a part-time to full-time talented and compassionate provider to join our growing healthcare practice. We see lots of preventative medicine as well as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, depression/anxiety, asthma, women's healthcare, as well as acute/chronic illnesses. In-office surgery for lesions, biopsies, lacerations, sebaceous cysts, mole removals, etc. Duties Making reasonable and sound medical assessments and treatment plans. Providing diagnostic and therapeutic medical services to LGFM patients. Interpreting and integrating data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed. Strong computer/EMR skills preferred. Excellent communication skills and professionalism are required. Coordinating patient care. Timely chart completion. Timely and efficient results of lab and imaging. Requirements Board certification in Family Practice. Oregon license and DEA are required.
