CNA 2 at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center - 1 FTE,
Full-Time on a Night shift Join our team at Providence Willamette

Coursework/Training - Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing
(OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or Grandfathered to CNA 2
per OSBN requirements. Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification
License upon hire. 1 year - General hospital experience. Our
