Full-timeDayshiftBenefits23 to 26 hourlyJOB SUMMARY:The Activities Director will plan and coordinate meaningful activities to enrich the lives and environment of our residents. This is a fun and rewarding job that helps maintain and foster a positive atmosphere. Sapphire will provide the training and guidance to make sure you are confident in this role.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the direct oversight of the indoor and outdoor activities
• Plan and carry out a creative and enjoyable life enrichment program in accordance with resident interests
• Coordinate monthly activity calendar making it available to all residents, families and friends
• Conduct one on one activities with residents
• Collaborate with outside community organizations or volunteers
• Oversee the life enrichment budget
• Document all participation from residents
• Assist in timely decorating for holidays or special events
