Responsibilities & QualificationsRESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development
strategies focused on Army IT modernization, cybersecurity, and
digital transformation opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Army
stakeholders, program offices, and industry partners.
- Lead capture teams in pursuing strategic opportunities,
including developing win strategies, competitive analysis, and
pricing approaches.
- Generate qualified pipeline opportunities through market
research, customer engagement, and industry networking.
- Oversee proposal development efforts, including solution
development, pricing strategies, and compliance reviews.
- Achieve assigned revenue goals and maintain accurate
opportunity forecasting through CRM system.
- Mentor and develop junior BD staff while collaborating across
delivery, operations, and corporate teams.REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science,
or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in federal business development, with
at least 5 years focused on Army programs.
- Proven track record of capturing large ($50M+) federal
contracts.
- Deep understanding of Army IT modernization initiatives,
acquisition processes, and contracting vehicles.
- Strong network of Army relationships and understanding of Army
organizational structure.
- Experience with capture management, proposal development, and
price-to-win strategies.
- Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
- Maintain or obtain PMP certification within 6 months of
hire.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with CHESS ITES IDIQ (or similar DoD) contract
vehicle a strong plus.
- PMP Certification highly desired (required within 6 months of
hire).
- ITIL Certification a strong plus.OverviewWe are seeking a
