  • Client Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
    • Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Project Coordination:
      • Coordinate activities between different project phases.
      • Ensure seamless integration of project components.
      • Facilitate communication between team members to maintain project flow.
      • Communications:
        • Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders.
        • Provide regular project updates and reports.
        • Ensure all communication is aligned with project goals and company standards.
        • Budget Management:
          • Develop and maintain project budgets.
          • Monitor and report on financial performance.
          • Implement cost control measures to ensure project profitability.
          • Schedule Management:
            • Create detailed project schedules.
            • Track progress against key milestones.
            • Adjust timelines and resources as needed to meet project objectives.
            • Quality Assurance:
              • Uphold the requisite quality standards in project deliverables.
              • Conduct regular quality reviews and implement improvements.QualificationsEducation
                • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
                • Licenses/Certifications:
                • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Oregon is preferred.
                • Project Management Professional (PMP) or ability to achieve within one-year of hire is preferred.Experience
                  • 12 years in project management.
