reliability, and quality.Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate activities between different project phases.
- Ensure seamless integration of project components.
- Facilitate communication between team members to maintain
project flow.
- Communications:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project
stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and reports.
- Ensure all communication is aligned with project goals and
company standards.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and maintain project budgets.
- Monitor and report on financial performance.
- Implement cost control measures to ensure project
profitability.
- Schedule Management:
- Create detailed project schedules.
- Track progress against key milestones.
- Adjust timelines and resources as needed to meet project
objectives.
- Quality Assurance:
- Uphold the requisite quality standards in project
deliverables.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and implement
improvements.QualificationsEducation
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or
related technical discipline.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Oregon is
preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or ability to achieve
within one-year of hire is preferred.Experience
- 12 years in project management.

abilities.
