Job Description:

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Diesel Pump Mechanic for a long-term opportunity in SE Portland, OR. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing on diesel pumps and related equipment for the commercial and industrial industries.

Pay: $28-$35/hr

Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities:

Perform oil and fuel filter changes on diesel pumps.


Conduct maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and pump wet ends.


Assist with preventative maintenance for fluid service equipment.


Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.


Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.





Diesel Pump Mechanic Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience working on diesel engines and related equipment.


Proficient in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and pump systems.


Familiarity with fluid service equipment in commercial and industrial applications.


Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
