• Developing and implementing predictive maintenance strategies
• Performing root cause analyses using FMEA, RCA, and 5 Whys
• Leading continuous improvement efforts
• Providing training and support to the maintenance and operations staffJob RequirementsRequirements for the Corporate Reliability Engineer include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • # plus years of related experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies, FMEA, and RCA
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
  • Familiar with CMMS
  • Strong understanding of predictive maintenance technologies
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills
