Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Engineer to develop a Python-based platform for single-cell image processing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with experts to create and optimize an image processing and analysis framework
Develop and maintain scalable software architecture for various image processing tasks
Provide office hours for user support, troubleshooting, and training

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in bioinformatics or computer science
5+ years of experience in developing Python-based solutions, including image analysis pipelines
Expertise in version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
Proven ability to support complex bioinformatics workflows
Experience with high-dimensional imaging data models and OPS data structures
