Let's work together.Job Summary:The Standard seeks a talented
Actuary to join the Employee Benefits Actuarial Modeling &
Projections team. In this role you will lead a GGY AXIS Modeling
team, focusing on managing deliverables for numerous processes
including Cashflow Testing, Economic Capital, ALM, Japanese
Financial Services Agency (JFSA) Pillar 1 and 2 reporting, and
model and assumption change governance.The modeling team also
stewards a model that is used for LDTI and Statutory valuation. As
part of the role, you will get hands on experience with new data
warehousing and automation technologies including Databricks and
Dataiku. -Responsibilities:Lead the development and analysis for
projection model reporting for the team, including model change
management of models used in analyzing ALM, JFSA, Cash Flow
Testing, Economic Capital, Cash Flow Testing, and etc.Collaborate
with across the organization, ensuring modeling solutions meet the
needs of stakeholders in governance and the product line.Ensure
projection models are timely and accurate, meeting necessary
controls.Communicate projection model results to management to
assist and influence corporate and divisional financial strategies.
-Skills and Background You'll Need:Education:Bachelor's degree in
mathematics, actuarial science, business or a related field
preferred. - FSA designation required. - -Experience:Six or more
years' progressive experience in the actuarial field Experience
with GGY Axis, Python, & SQL, advanced skills in Excel, (Power BI
-preferred)Prior experience with Disability/Employee benefits

listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive
plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical,
dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO
accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid
holidays and 2 wellness days per year.Eligibility to participate in
an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program
and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including
individual and organizational performance.Salary Range:$123,500.00
- $197,500.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from
