Job Description:
Springdale Job Corps Food Services plays a vital part of student
success on center by providing a variety of tasteful and healthy
meals in a clean, welcoming, and supportive environment. The Food
Services Supervisor is responsible for managing food services,
including supervision of staff, supply ordering, food preparation
and storage, developing the menu, ensuring cleanliness, and
compliance with applicable regulations, and other functions. Successful candidates will possess: * One year certificate in food services from a college or
technical school. * Four years food services experience, one of which is in a
supervisory capacity; or equivalent combination of education and
experience. * Must possess Current Food Handlers Permit. * Ability to successfully pass a background check. * Experience managing a kitchen in an industrial food production
environment preferred. $44,341.50 annual salary + benefits package to include company
paid and optional benefits, 10 paid holidays, paid vacations, and
sick leave. Paid benefits include life insurance, accidental death

Assistance Program. Company pays 74% medical, dental and vision
insurance premiums. 401k company match and 100% vested after one
