Our Parts Managers strive to return a satisfactory profit on dealer capital invested in parts inventory. They accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising.Parts Manager Pay: Base plus commission. Expected annual earnings $60,000-$90,000 with potential to earn more based on department profitability.Paid Time Off: We believe a healthy work life balance is crucial to an individual's success, which is why we are proud to offer some of the most competitive PTO compensation in the industry. Additionally, the Company offers a competitive 401k plan to assist employees with future retirement and financial planning.Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Parts Manager subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.Parts Manager Responsibilities:Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts, and the do-it-yourself public.Establishes individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover.Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence.Ensures that all parts are properly tagged so that the dealership recovers full credit from the factory.Supervises stock order procedures.Analyzes sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.Ensures that the same high-quality level of service provided to outside customers is also provided to internal dealership customers.Works with the service manager and body shop manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.Regular attendance.Parts Manager Qualifications:Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.Excellent communication and time management skills.Ability to multi-task.Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.Team player with a positive attitudeAbility to prioritize.Must maintain clean driving record and be insurable with company insurance.Dick Hannah Dealerships.
